Your expertise
got you here.

But when you’re at this level, expectations change.
Â
You’re no longer only expected to be good at what you do. You’re expected to present ideas, influence others, handle difficult conversations and lead with authority.

That’s why I created At This Level.

What changes at this level?
Presenting with impact
Deliver focused presentations that people remember.
Leading the room
Hold attention, project authority and build trust.
Handle difficult conversations calmly and directly.
Communicating with presence
Get your message across so people understand — and act on it.
But nobody necessarily teaches you how to do this?
You don’t suddenly stop being good at what you do when you step into a bigger role. But what people expect from you changes.
You’re expected to contribute in more senior rooms. Present ideas clearly. Influence people you don’t manage. Handle challenge. Have conversations you’d sometimes rather avoid.
And often, nobody has actually taught you how to do those things.
That’s where At This Level comes in.
Practical communication development designed for the moments that come with greater responsibility.
The role changes. But development doesn’t always follow.
62% of leaders
place communication among their top skills for success
82% of managers
step into their role without any leadership training
1 in 2 workplaces
with skill gaps need stronger management & leadership skillsÂ

Behind At This Level
At This Level was founded by Emma Noble after more than a decade working in education, communication and leadership.

With a background in leadership, an MA in Education and advanced training in performance and voice, Emma has spent years thinking about what helps people communicate well — and, importantly, how people actually learn to do it.

That’s what At This Level is built around: practical development for the moments when more is expected of you.
